Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location, but typically takes 3-7 business days (PH) or 7-14 business days (International).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hmnndrst@gmail.com or any social platform with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the product is defective or incorrect.

No refunds for change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the criteria.
